Rain

Rain

Every time it rains I think of this poem:

The Red Wheelbarrow
by William Carlos Williams

so much depends
upon

a red wheel
barrow

glazed with rain
water

beside the white
chickens.

It's rained a lot lately. My yellow clothespin is glazed with rainwater.

I have no red wheel barrow.

Nor any white chickens.
