Babelfishing Poetry: If You Can Give Me A Call

Here's some more Babelfishing poetry, where I take song lyrics, run them through an on-line translator such as (but not necessarily) Babelfish, adjust the punctuation a bit, and wind up with a quirky kind of poem.

Today, by special request from clayitagain, Gordon Lightfoot's "If You Could Read My Mind" gets the multi-language Babelfish treatment (video here).

If You Can Give Me A Call

I think that is the only magazine
I like the idea of reading.

Ghost of an old movie
of the desired time,
of course.

Only the dark castle (or fortress)
is so strong in the leg chains.

You know I have the spirit.
I am a long time ago.

You will see a spirit
that cannot be opened.

If you love to read your thoughts,
tell me what you think. Some,
such as books and documents,
which are sold in Canada.

When I came to be a hero,
the sad part was often
not the heroes.

The only way out
is very difficult to accept
and does not read this book.
