Babelfishing Poetry: "Criminal Watch"

Here's more Babelfishing poetry, where I take song lyrics, run them through an on-line translator such as (but not necessarily) Babelfish, futz around with the punctuation a bit, and wind up with a quirky kind of poem.

Today let's have some fun with Elvis Costello's 1977 song "Watching the Detectives."

Criminal Watch

He is a detective show.

He was a detective
that appears in soot, fire,
fire and the exchange
of fire.

Tears started beating him,
but it cannot hurt,
because he does not mind.

Long is expected
to lead the flight,
the invisible shiver
ran to my spine.

and his clothes and spare parts
are located
next to the label's opinion:
"We have not closed."

I have to get a tune,
and his cigarettes and matches.

Ugnet said
people like the eyes of the obsolete.

I do not know how I can accept.
If you nail this open,
drag the lake.

Criminal watch,
watching as a detective.
