Babelfishing Poetry: "I Want A Mulholland Slip"

Hello! Would you like to see some more Babelfishing Poetry, where I take song lyrics, run them through an on-line translator such as (but not necessarily) Babelfish, futz with the punctuation a bit, and wind up with a quirky kind of poem?  You would? Well gee willikers, you're in luck, because here it comes!

This week's song honors Tom Petty, who passed away earlier this week.  From his 1989 solo album Full Moon Fever, here is my favorite song of his, "Free Fallin'" (watch Petty's video here, or listen to Stevie Nicks' cover version here, or listen to a K-pop/hip-hop version by YG Family here, or listen to Mýa's re-working of the song here, or watch rapper Chamillionaire's crass and materialistic video, re-titled "Good Morning," here, or listen to Katey Sagal's cover version here).  Rest in peace, Tom.

I Want A Mulholland Slip

He's going to his mother's nice sweet girl.
And Jesus and love is the United States.
Good girl, Elvis of the Madness.
Horses and my boyfriend love him.

Life is a long day but it was, perhaps, the narrow mignonette.
I love the yard-go-through highway.
Not bad, belonged to the eat.
Heart-broken man, poor.

This was Pires Valley Walk,
West Xiwentula Street.
In the face of the planet, a man in the shadows.
A good girl like a broken home heart.

I want a mulholland slip.
I alone am in my Heaven and Earth-type name.
It fell free of charge,
a small percentage of the world now.

Not only that, I too free-fall for free!
