This is Rossini, a tiny Helix aspersa I found on a hollyhock leaf in my back yard. She has come to live with snails Jesse (another H. aspersa) and Junior Mint (garlic snail, Oxychilus alliarius), and my pet spider Daisy (Steatoda grossa).
In this video, beginning at about 0:09 you can see her heart beating through a translucent part of the shell, just above the opaque part.
