A peek into the lab. It's empty, with just a skeleton crew on the weekend.
A look into the infusion room, which is my view from where I have to sit to have my temperature, heart rate and blood pressure taken. It is empty here because it is the weekend, but during the week I have to sit and look at patients in there being counseled by nurses or getting their blood drawn.
Getting stuck.

Two tubes, 20 ccs total. Yes, I am really taking pictures of my own blood being drawn. No, it didn't hurt. Much.
The cohesive compression bandage comes off afterwards when I get home.
My cat Won-Ton says, "Where have you been and why do you smell like a hospital?"
This goes on every day, including Saturdays and Sundays, until November 3. How will you be spending the next two and a half weeks?
