Hello all! Thank you for dropping by again, it's so nice to see you! I hope, wherever you are, you're enjoying this early Spring day (or night, as the case may be). I also hope you'll enjoy this week's Babelfishing poetry, where I take song lyrics, run them through an on-line translator such as (but not necessarily) Babelfish, goof around with the punctuation a bit, and wind up with a quirky kind of poem.
This week, rummaging around at random in the Babelfish grab-bag, we go back to 1999 and Smashmouth's hit song "All Star" (watch video here). Enjoy.
The Silent Gaze Of Thumb
This is because I'm not ready.
The silent gaze of thumb.
For the first time, did not come to an end.
This law is enough to hit the ground running.
This does not mean anything, except that the game drives.
It is a dull pain in his head, shaking the brain.
How bad is that?
You never know unless you move.
You are the light to light.
This place in the cold, the cold, and they say, they say,
only now, as before. [only now, as the old]
Do you agree with the torch?
Please see the satellite picture of the hole.
We should be very thin in Singapore.
You can swim in the heated water.
Yeah, I'm in a world of fire.
I love it, I'm not bored.
Glass is equipped with a star program.
Come work, be performed by the rock star.
All that glitters is gold, and not all that.
Stop by the mold.
