Babelfishing Poetry: "The Last Day Of Blindness"

Babelfishing Poetry: "The Last Day Of Blindness"

Hello!  And how are you today?  Good?  Yes?  No?  In-between?  So-so?  Comme ci, comme ça?  A little iffy?  Rather not say? Keeping it a secret? It's a mystery?  Being coy about it?  Can't decide?  Have to think about it a little longer?  Wanting to hedge your bets? Need to consult with someone about it? None of the above? All of the above?  Hey, me too!  So without further ado, let's enjoy some more Babelfishing poetry, where I take song lyrics, run them through an on-line translator such as (but not necessarily) Babelfish, scramble the punctuation a bit, and wind up with a quirky kind of poem.

This week's song, by Toto, is "Rosanna" (watch video here).  Enjoy.

The Last Day Of Blindness

When he dies, with an eye on him, I want to wake up in the morning.
Lausanna, Lausanna.
Take care of the girl, Rogina Craven.

Explanation: I want to arm the king.
Lausanna, Lausanna.
I'm sure I want to.

In this other window I can see the face.
Lausanna, Lausanna.
Of course, she didn't hate Rossina the boy.

Reel's little ball is different.
Lausanna, Lausanna.
She lost a serious minister.

Later this year, Logina,
I want to speak and control.

Every day I see Losanna is the last day of blindness.
