Babelfishing Poetry: "Move The Stone Water Body"

Hello!  And how are you lovely bloggity people today?  Great, I hope.  I have been enjoying the little bit of late winter rain we've had here recently.  It won't do much to alleviate the drought, but every little bit helps nonetheless.  So while we wait for the next rain shower to pass through, let's enjoy some more Babelfishing poetry, where I take song lyrics, run them through an on-line translator such as (but not necessarily) Babelfish, have some fun with the punctuation a bit, and wind up with a quirky kind of poem.

This week's song, chosen at random, is Toad The Wet Sprocket's "Walk On The Ocean" (watch video here).  Enjoy.

Move The Stone Water Body

I saw the sea on the road.
Where do we go,
too far from it?
One of them told me
that this is a place,
all right, all safe.
It'll be a walk on the sea
to move the stone water body
into the bone wood.
Hours, and then
we are filled with things.
He said, "Every little thing,"
and, "Send a message."
We knew him to lie.
She also smiled.
We seem to forget the whole.
Now the air is suffocating
the people back home
you know and trust joke.
Not just a sweet image
and memory increase each season,
we are getting old.
